Make sure that all telephone messages are recorded and passed on to the correct person.

As each telephone call is received and each message slip is written out, a master record is automatically created of all messages received. This ensures that should the slip be mis-laid then an original of the message is still available.

Slip records name of caller, time, date, person to be contacted and the message.
