SG World will be launching its exciting new range of inspection products at the Safety & Health Expo being held at the NEC in May.

INSPECT IT! will be the theme for the stand, with our accredited Fork Lift Truck inspection system taking centre stage.  If you have a fork lift truck you should waste no time in visiting the stand as we will be giving away a free trial kit of our patented and innovative inspection product, whilst stocks last.

What makes the INSPECT IT! systems unique is that when you complete the inspection it automatically produces a permanent record of all inspections undertaken.  The systems work hand in hand with a bright yellow safety status indicator providing a highly visible means of informing people if the equipment is safe to use or not.

The INSPECT IT! range comprises of a simple checklist to inspect the following pieces of work equipment:

• Fork Lift Truck
• Scaffold
• Scaffold Tower
• Ladders
• Pallet Racking
• Pendant Cranes
• HGV’s
• Fleet Cars
• Work Stations

The systems were developed with the assistance of trade associations and could not be easier to use.  By simply working through the checklist you can determine whether the equipment is safe to use or not.  As each entry is made it automatically produces a copy on the duplicate providing a permanent record of every inspection.  The top copy of the checklist is torn from the pad, folded to display the green reverse and placed inside a waterproof wallet in the safety indicator signifying that it is safe to use.  If the equipment has a fault, the checklist is passed to maintenance and the indicator left to identify that the equipment is unsafe.
